The
heart of Blackwood Fire is the Customer Liaison
Department manned between 8am to 5pm, five days
a week.
Out of hours calls are dealt with our monitoring
service who pass the call to the relevant division.
All of the team have access into the system which
displays the customer's information enabling the
call to be handled efficiently.
Each enquiry is then passed to the specific division
within Blackwood Fire, which will then prompt the
necessary action.
A follow on system is in place to ensure the division
has dealt with the call to meet our customer's requirements.
Payment for Goods and Services Besides Cash, Cheque
and Bacs service, we now have the Visa purchase
Card scheme in place which saves time and money
in Administration.
